By placing a pre-order, you will be assured delivery when the garment is made.
All shipments are subject to credit card verification (your billing address must match the information on file with your issuing bank). Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from our customer service department that will notify your order is ready to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number.

We ship items according to their availability. Therefore, if you order an item that ships the same business day and an item that ships within 3-5 business days, we will ship you these items individually. Please note that your credit card will be charged as we ship your items. You will not be charged for items that are not available.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted upon 10 days of receipt of shipment. Exchanges will be accepted if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be accepted if items are returned in its original condition with all labels within 10 days of receipt. Fees may be deducted for any damage. No refunds or exchange on items that were purchased on store credit.
